Hour-long prenatal visits with a midwife in our cozy Mesa office — following the routine maternity care schedule — every 4 weeks until 28 weeks, every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, and weekly until birth —providing thorough check-ups, holistic support, and plenty of time for your questions and preparation.

We have a dedicated on-call line for our clients so you have 24/7 access to support if anything urgent comes up during your pregnancy or postpartum. This is also how you contact us when you are in labor!

In-home birth preparation visit at 34–35 weeks to review your birth preferences, talk through your hopes and dreams for your birth, cover home birth logistics so you feel confident and prepared. This visit also includes all the usual prenatal check-ups
